: : ** someone asked why I wanted to put them in a colony situation. Well, getting a single, bigger cage right now would be more of a problem right now, actually, than keeping them in their separate cages. My problem is that I have my three largest, most glider- proof rooms all attatched, and with all cages together. Like a couple of you others, I have the problem of ross & tass trying kick a little neek & jas booty through the cage, and vice versa, when I have one pair out. Also, I would have more play time for all of them if they could play together, and I hate keeping them confined in cages any longer than absolutely necessary. Perhaps it would be a bit better for them to have their own space, but their gonna have to live "next door" to each other for a long time. As for girls, maybe it will be better if I get sisters to introduce to each pair. I was just hoping for a little veteran input. Thanks to all of those who responded. Megan. BTW does anyone know how old baby girls are when they begin rejecting bonding to new gliders?
