Hi, I just put my new 1 year old female glider, together with my
a 1 year old male I've had for a while, last night. They got along great
for about 5 hours. Then they mated, and the female started biting
her uterus (err, whatever is right below the tail) and she is bleeding.
She has been constantly going psycho, biting me (and she was
very very calm earlier), and at the male whenever he got near her.
So I put her back in her cage (I have 2 cages now), and she
was still going erratic, biting herself and me, and bleeding.
I called a breeder and asked for advice, she said to put them
back together and it should be normal. Well it doesn't sound
or feel normal at all, she is constantly going psycho (but she still
takes food from hand), and is bleeding all around under her back tail.
Is this "normal", or does anyone know what is going on?
