I read in one of my sugar glider books that if you had to do the trimming alone, you could wrap the glider in an open-mesh fabric (one of those mesh laundry bags would work) pull one leg out to work with at a time and clip only the white portion of the nail-never the pink area (it will bleed if you clip too far up).

I am going to try it myself.
