First of all, stop HOLLERING at him. They bond at their own speed and if they sense something about or around you that makes them uncomfortable they will be stand offish.
If YOU don't have patience, bonding will probably never take place. These are smart, sensitive little creatures and are more than worth the time and effort it will take on YOUR PART.
Just keep trying and don't get mad and impatient.
