: I'm not sure how you have been cleaning out the cage, but we scrub ours down with a WEAK bleach/water solution, that eliminates about 98% of the odor (just make sure you get all the bleach off the cage). Also, if you have live tree branches in the cage for your gliders, be sure and replace them about once a week or so with fresh ones, as they get quite smeely. We also spray the surrounding walls and floor with scented disinfectant, which also helps reduce odor and maintain cleanliness. Hope this helps a little!
