cataracts in gliders can sometimes be caused my too much dairy products (such as yogurt) in their diet. Also joeys can get fatty deposits in their eyes if the parents were feed alot of fatty foods. I cannot tell you what to do about your glider, but I think you should be aware there is a chance the glider may be blind in that eye. If you have a glider knowledgeable vet you can carry him to, I would get the vet to check him out if you do decide to keep him.
