: Ok, she is eating on her own, not hard and big stuff though, she is certainly pooping and peeing, and her tail is partially fluffy.

: You are making me somewhat worried though. She is not all that active, I have seen her climb on the walls of her cage a couple times but she doesn't go very fast. She sleeps a lot though.

: I had made a post like the day I got her and posted her age then, 5 weeks, no one said anything about that at the time.

: What do you suggest I do?

: Thanks

Most joeys wean themselves between 6 and 8 weeks of age. they are completely weaned when they are fully independent, eating on their own, and not nursing mom at all. 5 weeks is a bit early!!!! I would suggest keeping a close eye on her. make sure she is eating enough. do you have a leadbeaters recipe...if so make that for her to eat...
I would suggest getting a marsupial milk replacer but since she is already close to weaning age...i'm not sure if that would be necessary or not...email kim privately about it...she knows alot more about raising joeys...i believe she is even had to help some rejected joeys before..I'm sure she'll be willing to help you.
good luck.
