get him to a vet asap.. also if a glider is seriously dehydrated, their eyes will be affected like you descibed,, pull the skin up on his back and watch it as it, goes back down, it should reaturn at a fairly decent rate.., the cataracts,, is also as virgina said a possibility.. but a vet is always necessary, if you know there is a problem..
