We have taken our two on road trips with us. They did : How do you go o nvacation if you own a sugar glider. I don't want to leave her(if I do decide to bring one home)with the same people who watch my dogs because gliders have so many special needs. Is there a special place that can take care of sugar gliders or can you possibly have them be baby-sat by the breeder you purchased them? : You can check with your breeder but you are better off finding a friend you trust to housesit for you. We have had animals that had to be watched and played with for years and have had a couple of friends we can call on for those times we have to get away. : : >But maybe if you and the hotel get it worked out before hand? I don't know what does everyone think? : It never hurts to call ahead and find out about policies. : : I also posted a question about what to feed a sugar glider and after reading everything I could find here's what I've come up with... : The only thing I saw missing was do you sprinkle your bowl of fruits and veggiews with a calcium supplement? You should be just incase they eat more of it one night than the Leadbetter's.
