I wouldn't say that having 220 breeding pairs makes a breeder knowledgeble. How can a breeder spend enough time handling the babies with that many? Any reaserch will show you that weaning has nothing to do with weight. It has to do with age, and readiness. If the breeder is not knowledgeable about weaning age, then I wouldn't trust them enough to buy one from them. You should start your glider on Bourbon's Leadbeaters Diet.
