I know the feeling! My little Gizmo will come to his name (after a minute or so of calling him), but he usually gets distracted on the way! He will always come over and give me a kiss after I call him, but when my b/f calls him, he gets distracted on the way and never makes it to him! We are so lucky to have such precious little companions! I have also considered renaming Gizmo because it's such a common name (he came with it from the pound), but I just love that he comes to his name!
