Ben is right. She will probably be eating like there's no tomorrow within a couple of days. She has alot of things to adjust to right now ... being away from mom, new home, new people, new food. I would say if she's still not eating much by the 6th (you posted on the 3rd) then let us know and maybe we can figure out why.
Just relax and go ahead and start the bonding process. She's young and needs some security right now. This is the best and possibly the easiest time for bonding. Hold her as much as you can - talking softly and stroking.
