Welcome to the world of glidermania.
It has been my experience (I have 4 SG's) that each one is definitely different. Elwin is correct about their getting up at different times. Some are just early risers, but if you do wake them so you can spend time with them before you have to retire,then reward them with a favorite treat.
As for bonding with more than one person, again it depends on the glider. I think that if more than one person spends
ALOT of quality time with them, then they probably will.
Mine, however, have only bonded with me. They will tolerate other people in the house, but have not "bonded" with them.
