I have a 9-10 m old female along with a neutered male. I noticed the other day that one side of her pouch looks streched out. It's hard to describe but it looks like the skin is a little fatter. It is not red or irritated looking. She appears very healthy and acts normal. I have had her since she was 6 weeks. Any suggestions on what this might be?
