Subject: New Gliders...need help!!!

Two weeks ago I bought my first 2 gliders. They were
4 weeks out of the pouch when I got them (both are females).
How do I know if both are getting enough to eat? One of the
females tends to steal food right out of the other one's
paws. I put plenty of food in the cage at night and there
is always some left over in the morning and I also put the food
in two different areas. Both seem to be very active at night
but I'm still trying to bond with them so I'm not able to hold
either one for very long and am not able to get a good look
at them because of that. Should I just assume that because
there is food left over in the morning, that both are getting
plenty to eat? I'm working very hard trying to make sure
that "Sugar" and "Spice" are happy and healthy but I need
a lot of help from people with experience.
Thanks,
Deanna
