Thank you so much for your help. This guy elwin or whatever is going to all the message boards that i put up requests on and continually tells me that gliders are illegal in NYC, no matter how much i tell him that i live in Long Island. He doesnt seem to believe me, you dont even know the amount of email i get from people telling me that he is wrong. thank you so much for posting this, maybe he'll understant now..
