hi, first of all there is no need to apoligize you should be comended for asking! you just need to work with him more trust me! my first glider that i ever got is named cookie, like many other's i admite that i did not do any research, that was my mistake. when i got her she was already and adult and i have no idea how old she is but i have had her for almost 4 yrs now. and it has only been untill a few months ago that i have bonded with her, my problem was i thought she just did not like me, she would bite me and hide from me and just did not want anything to do with me. thank god i found this web site! i learned that before you can bond with a glider they have to trust you! if they don't trust you they don't bond. it takes alot of time! me and cookie are still working on it but it is coming along great. just keep going and keep your eye's on the long run, trust me you don't want to live with a glider you didn't know for how long i did, now i think to my self that i have wasted so much time. but i have learned my lesson and now i have 5 wonderfull glider's two just 3 day's oop, good luck to you and your glider family i hope this has helped!
