Have you taken her to the vet? Usually female gliders are overweight if they have a weight problem.
Maybe something is wrong with her.

Does she eat? Try hand feeding her to make sure she is. Also try more mealworms, sunflower seeds, almonds,
cooked chicken, baby food (fruits and veggie flavored). Does she have any problems with going to the bathroom?

Have there been any changes in your gliders environment? I had one glider and then I bought another-my first glider
put on weight and became much bigger and muscular quite quickly-I think it was to prove her dominance over the little
one. She has now dropped the weight now that she feels no threat of the little one.

She is not wasting away, but maybe there is some change in her environment to make her weight fluctuate.
