: Two days ago my glider got very sick. He was eating and playing, but he had very runny green bowl movements.
: I rushed him to the vet and he has a parasite called Giradia. This parasite lives in water. It is able to escape through the publoc water filteration system. It is treatable, but you must act quickly.

: I now have to use spring water. It is very impoeriant not to use tap water. Other animals can get this from water and pass it to your glider. I would not use tap water for any of your animals. I hope this helps you to avoid disaster.

hey nice save---really you never know what is in your city's water
recently i too was giving my "3 boys" tap water then the city sent
my whole town a notice that the water contained over 100 parts per
billion in ther water and by EPA guidelines that is more than
double of what is acceptable so we ALL had to go to the spring
water/bottled water idea----you just never know. where did you
a vet to work on your glider?
