I imagine it depends ont he diet you are feeding. Since I use Bourbon's modified version of Leadbeaters I feed 2 mealworms a day to my glider. It is a good source of added protien. They are soemwhat fattier than crickets, but two a day should be fine. It will however probably depend on how much protien your diet already includes.
