it's true. they need rep cal (a pink bottle sold at pets mart) sprinkled over their food every so many days. i do it every day cos my girl is pregnant. some foods have a higher phosphorous ratio which binds with calcium and makes it useless to gliders, that's why the supplement is important. too much causes problems also. (high heart rate, and lumps and bumps)
