I totally understand what you mean about being able to give up the joeys. That's how I ended up with four.
My female has only had one viable joey out of three. I still have her with no intention of giving her away.
Lucy is pregnant again with twins, and I'm really praying that this time nothing will go wrong. However, I am going to have to find homes for these little ones. Like your girlfriend, I just can't handle six. These are not my only pets and I'm quickly running out of room.
