She will become easier to "capture" as the bonding process becomes stronger.
We all have this problem, I think, at least I did. I'm sure you probably doing this, but when you go to recapture her, call her by name and let her crawl up your arm. Don't try to pick her up and hold her tight. Once you have her, gently as possible pick her up off of you and QUICKLY AS YOU CAN GET HER BACK IN HER CAGE!!!! hahahaha I find that walking as close to the cage as possible helps. Sometimes mine will even jump on their cage, making it that much easier.
