I simply follow my glider around until he jumps on my arm. I keep putting my arm next to him..and he will just run up it..i then stick my arm in the cage and he runs back off. I never try to "catch" him. He has to freely climb on me. Otherwise if your glidfer knows you are trying to cath her she will probably run and make things much harder. Just try and get her to jump on you..the put her in. If she will not ever jump on you, you can"scoop" her. Swoop your hand under her so that she grabs your hand..then put her beck. Dont hold her..let her hold you.
