My glider comes out of his pouch while in the car. Everytime he has done this he just sits on my shoulder, the back of the seat, or in the back window. He just sits there and looks out the window, he doesn't run wild or anything. I have no idea how bourbons act. I just know what mine does. He has never attempted to get on the floor of the car. I imagine this isnt a good thing to do if you arent bonded to your glider, because you may have trouble getting them back out fo the car. They have to trust you enough to come back to you, or you may be in the car all night trying to get them out.
