If at all possible go and visit your glider before you actually bring her home. Wear the same shirt for a few days, and give it to the breeder to put on her cage. She needs to get used to your smell. At home let her get used to your scent by putting your shirt on her cage at home. Do not try and pick her up. If she is willing to crawl onto your hand that is great, if not bring her home in a pouch. You do not wnat to scare her in any way. Allow her a few days to explore the cage and get comfortable with it before you bring her out. Also allow her to get used to your smells, as well as your hands. Offer her lots of licky treats. Ask the breeder lots of questions about when and what she was fed. anyways sounds liek you have lots of reaserch to do, and fast. Please read all the info on Bourbon's page. Then come back here and ask anymore questions you may have. Good luck to you.
