Yes, gliders will breed with their parents. I am not a breeder, but I have talked to MANY, and they all say that this is a definite potential problem. get him neutered, or move him. if he is neutered, there really shouldn't be any problem at all, as colonies are generally family groups in the wild, as well as in captivity. there should also be no real dominance issues with dad, as he has started out as the baby, and therefor the less dominant, as well, I have found my neuters to be a lot more docile than my whole gliders. Nothing is ever an absolute, but from what I've heard, these tend to be general rules. Good luck!!
