No problem, I saw the whole picture and hoped you would read both posts to see our queries are not at you but anyone who gives up babies too soon. As Jacques said knowing to within 5 gms is ok and that just needs a food scale generally under $20. We try to answer but we only know what you tell and then can be looking at a cockeyed stance at a false picture. You sound like you care a lot- good for you
I wish you all the luck you obviously deserve
: : As a rejected joey you are right to keep a close eye on her. Does she eat healthily? I would still ask what weight she is and say a vet's opinion is worth more than any of our thoughts. Good luck with her and just try keeping her eating.
: : Does the breeder give you help, you should be able to go back to her to get feedback

: i have been considering taking her to a vet, and if others think it would be the right thing to do, i guess i will. as for the post above, the response to you, sorry if it was a little brash, i've gotten the butt end of a few people's frustrations lately on these boards, and i have my guards up a bit. i can understand people's concerns, but with the time it takes to care for lenore right now, i really don't have the time to re-repeat her story over and over. i've really been trying to take everything in stride, but i guess it was just one stride too many at this point. i will always take in to mind any advice that is intended to help my situation. i do thank you for taking the time to respond tho, and sorry my fuse is shortening.
