Hello Kristen, He may be hungry or thirsty. Try placing some food in the cage before you get him out. I also offer mine the water bottle the first thing. They never want to go back in the cage. I cup mine in my hand gently (all the time they are trying to wiggle out) and place then back in their cage. I stongly suggest you not sleep with him. Let him out to play an hour or two before you go to bed then put him in his cage for the night. When mine were young I would let them under the covers with me while I laid in bed to read and they did the same thing. : hello all....well ive had casey for about 3wks now and hes great..only thing is that he has been getting nippy lately...and its usually when he wants to play at night when i let him out of his cage..and he doesnt want to go back in or he doesnt want me to handle him right at that moment..i tell him no like im talking to a baby..dont know if he really understands this..but even though hes playing he drew blood the other night and he seems to understand when i tell him know?is that possible for a glider i dont know how smart they are but from getting to know him, i think they could have great potential! so any tips on the biting situation?hes also been very aggressive at night lately when he wants me to play at 100 in the morning... he now pulls at my hair and crawls under the covers and bites my toes and fingers!!! hes a real trip.....any suggestions???thanks kirsten
