Good questions and all I can say I would think about people some boys have their voice break early some later, and girls with menstration. We can give guidelines but drop dead dates are a bit difficult.
Same with size, I have seven gliders, (five are basically rescues- I never planned to have more than two) and their sizes vary greatly as do their weights.
the males are 120g and 130g. The bald spot should be there by about six months but there is always a margin of error. I will think baout development stages.
I have one who is 70g
one is 90g
one is 110
three are 120g
one is 130g.
All are extremely healthy although the one at 130g could do with losing a little but I swear he eats almost nothing!
You have to look at the glider and see if it looks proportionate.
normally though weights should be from ~100g-120g but if you have a small boned glider do not worry about it being underweight.
: I have seen quite a few people asking questions about development on this site. Can someone go through the development stages for me. When should we see the scent glands form on the males? The bald spot on the head? What size should a full grown male be? female? Answers to these basic questions would be helpful. Thank you
