Have you added SG to human family or SG family. Bridger sounded like you have other SG.
At any rate, TAKE THOSE GLOVES OFF! Two months is only 8 weeks and she can't be big enough to do any damage to you.
You might want to read Bourbon's page on bonding i.e. taking the bite.
She needs to get used to your touch and smell which she can't do with gloves. Be patient with her, talk softly, offer your hand inside the cage without making any sort of jerking motions that will startle her.
Not knowing her background (handled from oop or not) we can't speculate and her bonding time. Also, each SG has their own personality and timetable.
