Does he crab at you or is he mostly quiet? Sometimes if
you will dip your finger into apples& chicken baby food
this will help him to be happy to see your hand/you coming
to him, it sounds like you are being patient with him, just
keep easing along and you should both become happy, if this
is his 3rd home it might take him a little while to become
certain that this IS his home but he will feel your love for him.
