If you list that you have soemthign dangerous in the cage I am going to say something about it. Go read the real stories. There have been many gliders to break their toes because they get caught i the sock. Just because he has been fine in it so far doesn't masne that it won't happen. It cost like 10 bucks to go out and buy a pouch. Is your gliders foot worth 10 bucks to you? He is No Stupid Glider? What does that mean? You think gliders that broke their toes in socks were stupid? The material socks are made from can come apart. That has nothing to do with the brains of the glider. If you really wanted advice then you would listen to it, not get mad because I tell you gliders have been injured from socks! You are onlly concerned with his sleeping habbits, yet you aren't concerned for his well being? You can't simply say hes sleeping a lot. We are not vets...and a vet wouldn't know what was wrong with your glider if you simply said hes sleeping alot. Outside factors can determine why hes sleeping a lot. I asked you questions BECAUSE I wanted to help you and your glider. No one can help you if you won't say more than hes sleeping a lot. You say he doesn'y look sick or depressed. Gliders are evry good at covering their illnesses. Many gliders have died without showing any signs of illnesses. There are parasites, girardia being one, that don't always show signs. I just wen thtrough girardia, i know how it can hit the glider hard, my glider did nothing but sleep when he had the parasite in him. When I got him out to play he would get back in the pouch and sleep. I simply wanted to help you with your glider. If you can't take advice, then why did you bother posting?
