Daisy, your glider needs to be seen by a vet ASAP! With no more information than this, no one can give you a diagnosis or adequate advice. Since the glider didn't eat the day before and threw up it's food last night, we are talking 48 hrs of illness, maybe more before you noticed anything. You don't state if it's stools are normal, what is the activity level, other signs of change of behaviour, if it is drinking water, does it have a temperature and much more.
Please call and vet and go in immediately.
