I know how you feel as far as the distachment and resentment of the parents. I thought, HOW COULD THEY?!? and it took over a week of my boyfriend feeding them, and loving them before I could even look at them with out feeling angry (or nearly throwing up). After that week, I went back to feeding and actively loving them, but it really set back the trust in our relationship. Through my gliders eyes and their behavior, it was like them telling me that what they did, they had to do...I could tell that they felt bad (whether it was from being neglected from myself or the actual baby eating incident).

Best of luck to you in your grieving process... I know it is difficult, and not too many other glider owners will understand. Bur remember that we are all (glider gossip) here for you.
