Tina, when people talk about taking their gliders out in pockets/pouches etc., they don't mean at night during playtime. They do this during the day while they are sleepy and inactive. When they come out at night to play, they usually don't stay still for very long. But carrying them around during the day and giving treats, etc. helps them get used to you, your smell, your hands and trust you more. Read the links that Bourbon posted for Bonding.
