my female glider gets up during the day and goes to the top of the cage,(the next box is on the bottom cos of the joey) and sits there breathing heavy, when i put my hand in she acts like she doesn't know me.(she doesn't bite or anything, she just sits there) she only does this during the day, at night when i open the cage she is all eager to come out and play. the cage is in a sunny room but not in the direct light so they can get some sun like in the wild when they aren't curled up in the pouch or nest box. she just doesn't seem to recognize me during the day. I do open the box when i get home from work and finger feed them some cereal so they do know me, it's just when she gets out she acts like a different glider during the day!!!! it seems like she comes out several times a day, i'm home on vacation this week so i notice it more.
