This topic has been argued a lot! But what it all comes down to is that many people feed their gliders different types of food. A lot of people I know including myself,
feed their gliders yogurt and cottage cheese. Ive honestly never heard about feeding CREAM cheese. :) I know for a fact that feeding cows milk or goat milk is a bad idea. About 4 owners I've spoken too said they've tried it and the gliders liked it a lot...but they had the runs....badly.
To the point where you couldnt pick them. I think you should just stick to stuff people have already tried. You know Veggies and fruit and insects.
