Like Mary said, the stress of an all glass enclosure could very well be deadly. If you have two unneutered males inside there, the smell alone will probably kill them with that fan you intend to have going on top.
Anything larger than a water bottle is deadly for SG.
Now, I can't be certain of this, but I think I have seen a post from you before (which was deleted by moderator).
I can't believe if you have done any research at all and already own two males, this type of housing would even come to mind. If I am wrong, I apologize. Somehow I don't feel I am.
