There has been a lot of talk about their eyes. They are big and black and God gave them to gliders for the purpose of seeing better in the darkness. So ANY light is intensified to a glider during the day. Some say that direct sunlight can actually FRY their brain, and floresent lighting somehow is also detrimental to them. What I do is make sure the sun don't beat down on mine by wearing an extra outer shirt (button down) to cover them. They are USUALLY asleep during the day while in the pocket. Even if they have a full day they will still get up at night to play.. I usually tell people that day-time is bonding time and night-time is play time. No it wasn't a silly question it is one that hasn't been covered in awhile.. I was trying to get a general idea on how teens flex their schedules for their gliders but there wasn't many responses. Good luck on your research venture and I must applaud you for trying to find out these things. Being a teen and having a tight schedule makes it tough, and I to would like to know how they spend the time necessary. This is not a slam to teens but a sincere question.. Good luck again..
