First of all these are Gliders NOT birds!!!
The seeds and peanuts should only be given for treats, and NOT on an everyday basis.

Try getting them a pouch, made out of fleece or something.

The cat food needs to GO!!!!

Again these precious animals are Gliders NOT cats, dogs, birds!!!

I feed mine on a daily basis:
fruits, veggies, and bourbons lead beaters as well as they get crickets, or meal worms....
They all are doing wonderful and have had NO problems with them and they are all healthy.

I do however have a nest box in their cage, as well as the fleece lined pouches.

The fruits I give them consist of:
with peaches, melon balls, cantalope balls, grapes, pineapple and strawberries....
As well as I give them fresh apple slices, and oranges, and mangos...
The veggies I give them consist of:
a mixture of frozen veggies, carrots, corn, peas, and string beans...
They LOVE the sweet peas but never give them ONIONS, or LIMA BEANS, or GARLIC....
I am sure there are others that will share their foods as well..
Jacque
