where are you located? if you are near the east coast, where crabbing is big business, alot of hardware stores carry the material...it is the same material that is used to make crab pots. I buy the material by the roll. The roll is 100 ft long and 2 ft wide...and costs me $120 plus tax. Out of one roll I can make 4 cages that are 4 ft tall, 2 ft wide and 2 ft deep.....
