By the way Clara whose page you quote also tends to feed many insects. The info quoted also has no units and so is not worth the space it takes on a web page (Grubco's problem not Clara but she should know better to quote bogus info).

I'm glad we are both human, i apologize for jumping on you so quick and not mentioning that i do totally agree with you about the 3-4 mealworms nightly, as even though a selection on insects is recommended, theyre also hard to get. mealworms are easy to buy.
