I know you stated your vet was not available...have you tried the emergency vets in your area? If there isn't an emergency vet available..then get him first thing as soon as possible!!!!!!
Second, why peroxide on his ear??? did your vet recommend this? peroxide tends to eat away at things..have you ever cleaned your ears if they are pierced with peroxide...know how it bubbles and the sounds you can hear when it bubbles??? I wouldn't think it would be good to use that on a glider...
Even if he doesn't seem to be in pain..doesn't mean he isn't. Due to their survival instincts, gliders tend to hide their illnesses...I'm sure you know this from Nala's passing...so VET, VET, VET....
As for his "personality" change..that alone would be cause for worry for me.
I know this probably hasn't been much help..but you really need to get him to a vet as soon as possible....
