: I recently purchased a sugar glider, and the breeder said it was a female. I knew little about them at the time, but in my research, I've found my glider to, in fact, be a male. He's the sweetest thing(still young), and I have no problem with this, but I do have a few concerns. I'm wondering if the scent glands and the bald spot on his forehead pose problems with aesthetic value and/or bad smells. I'm also wondering about aggression and any other problems that might go along with having a male. Oh, one more thing...about what age DO they mature(get their bald spot, scent glands, marking, etc.)??? I have not been able to find this information from any source. I would appreciate any advice!!! Thank you very much!
