Hi! I missed your post before and wanted to add my 2 cents. I was worried about the same thing with my cat, who pretty much ruled the roost until Eos came along. It has worked out pretty well, but kitty and E have to be supervised very carefully. When we first got Eos, we made sure to pay lots of attention to kitty, too, so she would know we weren't replacing her. We would pet her and give her treats and stuff when Eos was around. We slowly introduced them to each other, and over time, kitty has come to accept E as a member of the family. We ALWAYS watch them like hawks when they play - and we don't let Eos run loose except in a rolly ball or when the kitty is shut out of the room. They are really cute - gliders have no fear - so she will run up and tug kitty's whiskers, clean her ears, and even charge her. Kitty is declawed, so gentle bats are not harmful. It workable if you can supervise closely enough - just be sure to have an eagle eye and keep your cat well fed.
:) Good luck
Tiffany
