If you are contemplating getting your first glider don't you think it would be easier to bond with a baby that has already beeen handled and used to people? There are plenty of USDA licensed breeders that hand tame their joeys first.. Also don't grab the first glider you see, spend time with it prior to getting it. If possible let the glider choose you, rather than you choose it. If the breeders can't handle the joeys, you will be getting a glider that is afraid of people (most of the time) It will make it harder for you to bond with.. : I don't think the female is tame, otherwise that is a very good question to ask him
