: Normally I would say glider noises can sound like they have snuffles but your post made it sound like you have had gliders for a while and know your glider. You also inferred this is sporadic unusual behaviour in that case I always suggest a vet. I hope I did not sound snippy because you DO sound liek you are ultra aware of early signs of possible problems. BUT please look at the post below where someone posts here with signs of osteoporosis in their glider and when we come in and say go to a vet this person say too little too late. This made my heart sob for the poor glider. We can get advice here but each owner here is the ultimate guardian of their glider.
: I really do wish you luck with your glider and hope the sniffles are only allergies or something similarly minor.

: : : This is also to everyone out there. If your glider is sick go see a vet first then think about posting here. We are not licensed vets and even a non glider vet has better access to medicines than we do. I trust you love your glider so bite the bullet and pay for a vet visit. Your glider is too precious to risk.
: : : Good luck
: : Thanks for your input....I am already seeking a vet for my glider...I was just trying to find a possible answer to see if this might be something normal that I have never heard about...Thanks
Dear Jane, Thank-you again for giving your input. I did not think you were being snippy at all. Yes I have had my 2 gliders for quite some time, as well as many other pets. I only wish more pet owners were as responsible as they should be, and you certainly sound sincere. I was already seeking vet care, but like anything in life, if you do't inquire or try to educate yourself, then nobody will do it for you. Thank- you once again for your input. Ken
