I wake my gliders up several times a day when I am home, which is
only on weekends. It doesn't really screw up their schedules, or anything-
the worst thing is that I may get a dirty look. I can never really get them to
play during the day, they are pretty subdued, but you can get a lot or cuddling
and bonding, even if it is only for a minute or so.

I can't resist checking in on my babies when I am home during the day, they
are too cute to leave alone!
