Cindy, you can buy the vitamins and calcium with D3 at the pet store, for calcium try either rep-cal or HerpCare, just try to get it Phosphorus free and the calcium has to have D3. As for the vitamins, try Reptivite. You can feed crickets live, but I buy a bunch at the pet store or bait shop, they come in a box or bag Live, then I just stick them in the freezer, wait for about 3 or 4 hours, take them out and put them in a bowl with a lid and stick them back in the freezer, then I take out what I need (with tweezers of course) and they love them frozen.
